SECURE PAYMENT

INVOICING AND FORM OF PAYMENT

The client can only make payments for the products using the following methods : bank transfer, cheque or Paypal, managed by a bank company.
The payment is made on a secure server. For safety reasons, PEPI'S Espadrilles does not retain any payment information, leaving the whole process of purchase to the bank company. PEPI'S Espadrilles only receives approval of the payment from the Bank.

RETURN

Returns will only be available for exchange with a product of the same or greater value.
Postage and handling will be charged to the client in the case of all returns, plus the price difference, in the case of exchange for a product of greater value.
We will only accept the return of goods that have not been used or damaged. The client has 3 working days to report the return, beginning with day after the package delivery by La Poste. The packages must be forwarded within 7 working days of the return order notification. The goods must be received in their original packing, sealed safely and in a re-saleable condition.
