ESPADRILLES  PEPI'S web site has been published to sell rubber-soled slippers of handmade and exclusive design. The present general conditions of sale apply to themselves to all the sales in ESPADRILLES PEPI'S.
When buying in this site, you unconditionally accept the Terms of Use and promise to adhere to all stipulations.
These terms and conditions can change at any time without prior notice.

 

SALE CONTRACT

The General Conditions of Sale apply to each sale contract.
The acceptance of these conditions does not require a handwritten signature, so long as you order on-line.
Unless proven otherwise, the data received by ESPADRILLES PEPI's is proof of order and payment. The order will only be validated after the acceptance of the payment by ESPADRILLES PEPI's.

This contract is subject to French legislation.

 

PRICE

The prices are shown in Euros in accordance with the current French taxes, excluding postage costs. The prices indicated on the site can change at any time. The prices shown are the current value  at the time of purchase.

DELIVERY

Delivery is carried out by La Poste (Colissimo), to guarantee the maximum quality of service and a prompt delivery.
Availability is indicated at the time of purchase and does not guarantee the assignment of the request. Delivery times can vary depending on external factor such as weather or strike action.

 

Metropolitan France

Items are dispatched within France 3 working days (excluding public holidays) after the payment has been confirmed.
Delivery is free of charge within France on orders over €200.

In the rest of Europa

Colissimo is used for deliveries to countries within the EU.
The delivery time approximate and may vary depending on the destination.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

Two shipping options are available. These services are optional and additional charges will be made for shipping and handling.

Gift

The order is gift wrapped and accompanied with a personalised message.

PAYMENT

All transactions are made in Euros. Payment is made on-line through the secure payment system Paypal.

Other forms of payment accepted are bank transfer or cheque.

After the customer confirms the bank card of his/her choice, they will be redirected via a secure server, to a secure page necessary for the payment. Necessary details are; the number of the bank card, the expiry date and security code.

The customer will then be connected to the bank server in secured mode SSL, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information provided, and in which neither  PEPI'S Espadrilles , nor any third party have access.

If the payment is accepted, the customer will receive a transaction reference and an authorization number to be retained. The payment will be registered at once.

If the payment has not been authorised, the customer will see a return link to the retail website.

The online supply of the bank details in conjunction with the final validation of the order will be worth, according to the law of March 13th, 2000 on the electronic signature, proof of confirmation of the order and the liability for the amount owed in accordance with this order.

ESPADRILLES PEPI'S ROPE-SOLED reserves the right to cancel or to refuse any order to a customer with whom there might be a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order, or which would present in their opinion any risk.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We will accept the return of goods that have not been used or damaged. The customer has 3 working days to inform us of a return, from the day following the delivery of the parcel by post.
The Parcel must be sent back within 7 days of reporting the return.
Products must be returned intact and in their original packaging, and not used or washed.
Incomplete, damaged or dirty items will not be exchanged.
Postage costs for returns are chargeable to the customer, as well as the price difference, in the event of an exchange for a product of greater value.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

In accordance with act number 78-17 "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6th 1978, one has the opportunity to exercise, modify, delete and rectify their access rights.
