TRANSPORT

Items will be delivered by La Poste (ordinary French mail). A tracking code will be sent allowing the client to follow the packet on La Poste (colissimo) web site. The delivery time will take between 3 and 5 working days to the registered address. If you have previously registered with the site, there will be no need to complete the shipping form again, simply use your username and password and follow the instructions. If you want your items delivered to a different address, you will have the possibility to add an alternative address.

TRANSPORT RATES

Shipping will be carried out by LA Poste to all destinations within the E.U.
All rates are in Euros. The delivery time will be between 3 and 5 working days

RETURN

Returned items can only be exchanged with an item of the same value or more. In the case of returns, postage and handling fees will be charged to the client, as well as the price difference, should you purchase a more expensive item.
We will accept the return of goods that have not been used or damaged. The client has 3 working days to report a return, beginning with day after the package delivery from La Poste. The packages must be received within 7 days of receiving the return notification. The goods must be received in their original packaging, sealed safely and in a resalable condition.
